Why you should try Yoga? 


I learned the traditional Yoga, in its pure essence, in the North of India

I am qualified in anatomy, yoga philosophy, breathing exercises, relaxation (...)

and I cannot wait to share all of this precious knowledge with you


Yoga helps us to let go and find inner peace and stillness.
This is an amazing practice that increases flexibility and strength while flowing with the breath.
My yoga is gentle and slow, this is not about twisting in all directions or pushing too hard...but softening.
I truly believe that yoga can benefit everyone.
